1、Mechanical Properties of TS-80 Coil Tubing

 

TS-80 coiled tubing has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. It has high strength, good plasticity and high toughness under low temperature impact. The main mechanical properties are as follows:

· Tensile strength ≥ 88,000 Psi;

· Yield strength range: 80,000 - 90,000 Psi;

·  Hardness: no more than 22 HRC;

·  At a temperature of -50 ° C, the impact energy is not less than 100 J.

2、Anti-corrosion Properties

 

TS-80 coiled tubing has excellent microstructure, which includes uniformly distributed polygonal ferrite and a small amount of pearlite structure, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance. The product has passed Hydrogen-induced Cracking test (HIC test) and Sulfide-stress-corrosion Cracking test (SSC test).

3、Application

 

TS-80 coiled tubing's brilliant manufacturing processes and good mechanical properties generate long fatigue life and good corrosion resistance. Therefore, it can adapt to the diversified operation conditions of oil and gas fields and has broad application prospect.
